4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Made-to-order handbags are individually produced after an order is placed.

The estimated production and delivery period is approximately 2–3 weeks, unless another estimate is displayed on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Once production has begun, made-to-order and customized products generally cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or exchanged, except where the item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid.
